Youth Band

Our youth band at the church isn't working out really well. Most of the time, nobody is there. It has been canciled for like three weeks now. Please pray that it will get back up and running. We could use more instruments in the band. We could also use an amp or two. If somebody is good at singing or playing guitar, please check with me at noman2561@yahoo.com. But at all costs, pray for the Father to bless our little assemboly. It would be awsome to please the Father with this but we need HIS blessing first.

Gabriel is young in his faith and pursuing a professional basketball career all while dealing with a newborn child. Please pray that he allows the lord to work on him and trust in what God is doing in his life.

Rose's great-grandfather is suffering some major health problems and is not expected to live muc longer. Please pray for God's will to be done and for him to be very close to the whole family. Thanks!

Pro-life group

Most of you know about this, but I'm trying to start a pro-life group at XHS. My history teacher asked if anything ever came of the idea, b/c I asked him to be the advisor before all the red tape came up, and I think he's still interested in doing that. So if you guys could pray that it goes well and gets started soon that would be great. Thanks!!

Update: I talked to my history teacher today and he said he's willing to be our sponsor whenever I can work it out with the administration. I'm not exactly sure how to do that, but I'm hoping to get it all settled within like two or three weeks |
